Harvey and Olivia Shean Family

Gregory Michael Shean, born June 29, 1947 in Oakland, CA. graduated in 1965 from Bellarmine College Preparatory, San Jose, CA and from University of Portland, Portland, Oregon with a degree in general engineering in May 1969. Commissioned in the US Air Force in May 1969 and retired in January 1993 as a lieutenant colonel. Greg received masters degree in telecommunications management from University of Southern Mississippi in May 1978. His career was divided between large radar and computer acquisition an d computer security. He is currently a math teacher at the local high school. Greg has been a Big Brother in Big Brothers and Sisters since 1991. He enjoys using is state irrigator's license to maintain sprinkler systems. Hobbies include cooking, computers, home theater, wood working, and is very active in two home owners associations which they belong.

Married on December 8, 1989 to Gloria Jean Schneider. Born on April 3, 1954 in Highland, Illinois as the second oldest of 6 to Harold and Irene Schneider. Gloria graduated from Highland High School in Highland, Illinois in 1972; graduated and from Troy State University in Montgomery, Alabama in 1984 with a degree in social rehabilitation; and passed the Texas exam to be a certified massage therapist. Gloria has been a registered operating room nurse for 20 years and currently works at the Audie Murphy Veterans Hospital. She was recently promoted to lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserves. Her hobbies are sewing and keeping in touch with her 12 nieces and nephews.
